**Auditor de Control de Calidad de BL**

**Responsabilidades**:

- Inspeccionar el producto terminado siguiendo el plan de muestreo estadístico y las especificaciones establecidas en los procedimientos de Control de Calidad (todas las actividades de inspección deben ser registradas de manera diaria). Sólo aplicable para inspección visual y final (para productos aplicables). Verificación del producto de acuerdo al BOM.
- Reunir muestras necesarias para inspección visual final y pruebas funcionales cumpliendo con la correcta identificación de las muestras a probar, así como también firmar forma de movimientos de producto terminado.
- Iniciar el reporte de no-conformidad, identificar y segregar los lotes en el área de empaque y/o en el área de producción, así como realizar re-muestreos visuales y funcionales finales en base a las disposiciones de NC_._
- Reunir muestras para pruebas de laboratorio e identificarlas, documentarlas y entregarlas al departamento de laboratorio.
- Verificación de etiquetas de producto terminado y sub-ensamble de Twister, bolsa, e instructivo.
- Realizar una verificación aleatoriamente a la documentación usada para fabricación y empaque del producto.
- Realizar una revisión aleatoria para Verificar y asegurar que las Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura se cumplan.
- Proporcionar apoyo técnico a las Inspecciones visuales finales realizadas a la producción.
- Realizar inspecciones a retrabajos de producto terminado, sub-ensambles cuando sea requerido o de acuerdo al protocolo o estudio de ingeniería.
- Dar soporte de inspecciones en otras plantas/bodegas de Erika de Reynosa.
- Realizar la lista de verificación y limpieza de la estación de inspección una vez por turno según aplique.
- Durante un simulacro y/o falla eléctrica verificar y asegurar que todos los componentes en el área de producción estén cubiertos.
- Asegurarse que los equipos de medición, usados para sus pruebas estén identificados y/o calibrados (si aplica).

**Requisitos**:

- Escolaridad mínima de preparatoria
- 3 meses de Experiência dando soporte en el área de Control de Calidad o 1 año de experiência en el área de Control de Calidad
- Estadística conocimiento básico
- Buena actitud
- Manejo de Equipo/aparatos de medición
- Trabajo en Equipo
- Trabajo bajo presión
- Disponibilidad de rotación de turno
- Idioma Inglés (Plus), más no indispensable.
