Executive Headhunter at BairesDev

We are looking for Executive Headhunters to join our Recruiting Team and participate in different projects made up of multicultural teams distributed throughout the world. This person must be proactive, detail-oriented, and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities as well as teamwork and multitasking skills. - Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes.

Here’s what we are looking for:

- The ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
- Great self-management capacity.
- At least two years of recruiting experience (preferred).
- Experience in selecting executive profiles is a plus.
- Advanced English level.
