To consistently deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients, we only hire the Top 1% of the best talents and nurture their professional growth on exciting projects.C-Level Headhunter at BairesDevWhat You’ll Do:- Drive full-cycle recruiting for upper-level executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and presentation to internal clients.- Develop and implement successful and creative sourcing strategies for upper-level executive positions.Here’s what we are looking for:- Native/Proficient English level is fundamental.- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships, with a focus on listening and persuasion.- 5+ years of experience in Recruiting.- Previous experience in Executive/C-Level recruitment.
