**Opportunity**

Under the direction of the Showroom Manager - Mexico, he is responsible for planning, scheduling, directing and evaluating the sales market in his assigned territory. Promote and provide service as Kohler Mexico to the entire chain of stores of our distributors (Interceramic and Zenth) in accordance with our objectives, procedures and policies established at the beginning of 2021.
- Establish and maintain regular contact with our distributors/assigned stores in your territory, to introduce the sales team of the stores to the Kohler brand, in accordance with our annual policies and objectives. To be the point between franchisee and Processes related to Kohler sales.
- Develop an annual strategic plan for a distributor for the sale of Kohler products within its stores.
- Responsible for making an annual training agenda for your territory that includes the following topics:

- Kohler Training for New Franchise Entry Staff Quarterly
- Training agenda for monthly wind equipment on KOHLER topics
- Monthly training schedule for Kohler's 4 Premier stores in Mexico
- Technical training for stores and plumbers of the main franchises given by the Quality Engineer Kohler.
- Present monthly Scorecard of sales results in their territories,
- Dashboard we measure:

- Sales of your territory
- In-store traffic
- Quota level of each of the stores
- Inventory level
- And when the face-to-face visits to the stores begin, the monthly checklist will also be presented, where we are also evaluating the quality of the exhibition of each of the stores.
- Responsible for making the annual Forecast for stores in your territory.
- Responsible for executing promotions and motivational plans within its territory.
- Responsible for the annual sales target for our zenth store distributors.
- Responsible for executing ZENTH's online sales plan.
- Responsible for making monthly reports related to your activities, your expenses, claims etc.
- Participate in meetings with franchisees, plant team, Kohler team, and in all meetings in which it is required, with punctuality and necessary information.
- Responsible for supporting the Kohler line 01 800 and solving problems or complaints, channeling them to the correct channel.
