We are seeking a **Floor Manager** to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our call center in Cancun, Mexico. This role requires a blend of operational leadership, team development, and effective communication in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operational Management**:Oversee the daily performance of the call center, ensuring targets for appointments, sales, and service quality are met.
- **Team Leadership and Development**:Train, motivate, and manage staff to maintain high levels of engagement and productivity.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Serve as the liaison between the local team and U.S.based management, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- **Compliance and Standards**: Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
- **Administrative Duties**:Assign tasks to call center staff.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a call center or sales/customer service operation.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of call center management tools and software is desired.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules based on operational needs.
