Ingredion is hiring an enthusiast professional for the Total Rewards HR team - If you have advanced English level, interest in _ - Compensations/Benefits_ - and a great attitude and learning capability, this position is for you_ Location: Guadalajara SSC, Mexico Reports to: Total Rewards Manager The Leave of Absence Service Professional will be responsible of supporting the Total Rewards team, specifically for the US/CAN LOA (Leave of Absence) process. Core Responsibilities: - Support employees, Managers and HRBPs through the Leave of Absence (LOA) process. Solve questions via ServiceNow and guide the employee through Workday steps for entering a leave. - Review each Monday, on the weekly report, the status of employees on leave; and in case the employee is going on leave but in Workday no action has been taken, the Leave of Absence Service Professional will initiate the "Request of Leave" process in Workday. - General support regarding Comps&Benefits if required. - Advanced English level. - General Compensations & Benefits knowledge is preferred. - Knowledge of Leave of Absence process for US/Canada is preferred. - High level of energy and desire to learn. - We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
