Job Summary

Job summary:

- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Manufacturing Engineer_ located in _Aguascalientes_._
- Reporting to the Plastics NPI Manufacturing Coordinator, Manufacturing Engineer, role involves_ _Plans, directs, and coordinates manufacturing processes by providing technical support maintenance of manufacturing methods by performing the following duties in the manufacturing phase of the product lifecycle_.

What a typical day looks like:

- _ Install, modify and improve automation systems for plastic injection processes._
- _ Implement robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters._
- _ Coordinates maintenance activities with other functional groups such as engineering and operations to ensure the efficient operation of the automation systems._
- _ Failure analysis (electrical, mechanical and programming)._

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- _ Bachelor´s degree._
- _ Read and interpret Technical specifications._
- _ Advanced English communication skills._
- _ Experience programming of PLCs, HMIs, Robots, Cobots._
- _ Knowledge of sensors and vision systems programming._
- _ Experience and knowledge in mechanical tolerances for equipment design._
- _ Knowledge of pneumatic and electrical diagrams2D, 3D reading._
- _ Experience in industrial, sheet metal, design to be fabricated by mechanical systems. (e.g., material selection, hardening treatments, tolerances establishment, etc._
