Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Manufacturing Engineer _2 _located in _Aguascalientes_What a typical day looks like:- Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield- Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues - engineering changes, new model development.- Work with design team to resolve design related issues.- Develop work instructions, participate on product changes to ensure superior quality of products.- Using Customer BOM, develop a manufacturing Build of Material identifying Make/Buy Based on customer requirements, and structure definition for production- Functional Product Documentation review- Safety Requirements and regulations compliance identification- Engineering Drawings Interpretation of individual parts and assemblies.- Participate on Engineering Changes Implementation- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM), tolerance analysis, Design of Experiment (DOE), form-fit-function to determine failure root/cause analysis and reporting to customer- Identify Potential Corrective and Preventive action to have a problem solution- Support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort- Provide product training to the operators during try out activities when start to build a new product- Request golden samples, engineering samples of final product and/or piece parts- Establish, operate, and maintain a standard method for technical information interchange with the customer to control and preserve information of NPI transferred projects- Using CAD model as customer design information and 2D drawings, develop Manufacturing Process instructions- Develop a local 2D drawing as required- Participate on Product Change Notification (PCN) and Manufacturing Change Order (MCO) implementation in assembly line and make proper documentation in MPI, tooling required, test reqs, etc.- Perform a Tear Down for One product to identify how product can be assembled- Develop Manufacturing process Instruction based on customer product information and Tear Down results- Develop Lay out and Flow Chart based on product requirements and TKT Takt Time and product demandWindows management to prepare presentation in Power Point- Excel macros development and managementThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:- Skills to prepare Manufacturing process instruction- Flow Chart- Lay out development- Autocad- Manage BOM Make/Buy and development- Root Cause analysis- FMEA- English advanced for Customer communication- Windows- Drawing Interpretation- Industrial Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Robotic Engineer- Previous Experience- Excel MacrosWhat you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.XS65Job CategoryProduction Engineering
