No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.Know more: PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare for better.**Responsibilities**:**TALENT ACQUISITION ANALYST - Temporary for 3 months****Main Purpose**This role is responsible for executing the Talent Acquisition process for open roles that give service to roles that are transitioning to our capability center through active search and screening leveraging technology and Talent Acquisition platforms while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed, be the point of contact with the Hiring Managers and Interviewers to set expectations, report statuses and get the new hires through their onboarding to PepsiCo.**Accountabilities**- Manage Intake Meetings with Hiring Manager from the business and Hiring Manager from the team to align profile requirements.- Share profiles with Senior recruiterQualifications:**Qualifications/Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree is required- Advanced english is a must- Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or related.- Strong communication skills to influence decision making- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.This international role based in Mexico City or Monterrey will be in contact with global teams, if you are looking for an international career, this is a great opportunity to network in and outside Mexico.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
