Roamit’s platform allows real estate owners to unlock significant value by repositioning traditional multifamily properties into hospitality assets through increasing revenue and decreasing operating expenses.
Roami recently closed its Series A, so this role presents a great opportunity to be an early-stage, high-value contributor instrumental in the company’s trajectory from Series A towards Series B rounds.
This role will be in charge of managing our financials and relationships with our owners and customers I’ll be running any owner monthly and quarterly meetings. They will be heavily involved in the accounting side as well as the operations to ensure accurate data and reporting.
**Job Details**:
- Expected to build and maintain strong relationships with landlords.
- Act as the liaison between the owner and internal departments.
- Financial experience in reconciling and full comprehension of income statements.
- Establishing collaborative measures with team members in both Roami markets to be up to date with the properties in the portfolio.
- Highly responsive and reliable.
- High-level time management with the ability to change current tasks and cope with interruptions.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to adhere to PST/EST time zones.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly portfolio performance reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google suites.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written).
