Not only will you be instrumental in keeping the business flowing, but you will also get the added benefits of working from home and joining a high-performance, results-driven team.Our Core Values are:- Drive Outcomes- Be Proactive- Clear Communication- Set StandardsIf you are not a superstar, don’t even bother applying**Looking to apply?****In order to be considered for the job, please follow these steps**:- Read the description of the RunPath Pay Per Call Account Manager 4R belowLooking forward to your interview**RunPath Pay Per Call Account Manager 4R****Role****Responsibilities**- Account Management- Monitor traffic and ensure calls are routing correctly.- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns to hit performance goals.- Maintain proactive communication with clients.- Verify daily call stats, returns, and campaign accuracy.- Review calls for compliance and spot red flags early.**Sales Admin Support**- Complete and manage MSAs, IOs, and intake forms.- Coordinate campaign launches and provide setup details.- Schedule and manage client calls and onboarding.- Ensure all internal systems reflect campaign status.- Return Management- Maintain return logs and update return dispositions in Ringba.- Communicate return issues and resolutions with clients.- Work with finance to adjust invoices based on valid returns.**Results**- Smooth Campaign Execution: Traffic flows without disruption; downtime is addressed immediately.- High Client Satisfaction: Clients are supported and informed; issues are solved before they escalate.- Strong Performance Metrics: Campaigns meet or exceed targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.- Operational Precision: Dashboards and documentation are accurate and up to date; returns are processed efficiently.**Requirements**:- 3+ years in account/campaign management, ideally in performance marketing or pay per call.- Strong written and verbal communication; solutions-first mindset.- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts.- Comfortable with KPI data and performance metrics.- Team-oriented and adaptable, ready to support growth across the business.Pay: $19,500.00 - $39,100.00 per monthWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 12/05/2025
