Team Overview:
You'll join the team responsible for
** courier growth** Ensuring new courier onboarding experience and managing courier acquisition.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your strong analytical skills and operation project to drive courier growth in diffrent countries.

You'll have the opportunity to develop the growth and acquisition strategy, where you will have a clear impact on DiDi Food businesses in LATAM. Be prepared for a hectic, fast-paced, and challenging environment. We're looking for a data-driven, creative problem solver with a passion for operations management.

Role Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the strategy of courier growth operations and optimizing the growth operations process, including channels optimization end to end, improve channel conversion and early stage engagement with co-related areas to ensure best growth performance.
- Explore new projects and campaign to improve new couriers early stage experience and improve new couriers retention.
- Improve the cost efficiency of engaging new couriers to mature couriers.
- Establish a bridge between operations and product/engineering team to develop good funnel and channel product, fix possible problems and ensure best channel performance.

Role Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Operations experience.
- Strong ability in project management, process optimization and other operational management.
- Strong sense of responsibility, executive ability, self-driven and quick learning ability.
- Strong communication skills, practical, patient and meticulous.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to make solid business decisions and evaluate performance based on data.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
