**Position**:
Sales Operations Associate

**Summary**

Arrow Electronics is looking to hire a Sales Operations Associate II to join our team in Guadalajara for this hybrid-remote role This position requires fluency in English, so please provide your CV/resume in English.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Provide expert customer service, interfacing directly with customers for issue resolution.
- Be the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries regarding order status and tracking, payments, or issues related to customer transactions.
- Listen carefully to customers' needs and concerns, clarify customer requirements and use internal Arrow resources and support tools to find the best solution for the customer.
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, effectively handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services.

**What You'll Need**
- 1- 2 years of call center and/or customer service experience; minimum high school graduate required.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Ability to juggle many tasks at once.
- Proven ability in handling difficult customer situations professionally and effectively.

$16,325.00 - $24,200.00 MXN Monthly
