**Position**: Sales Operations Associate II***:Are you looking for a fantastic career opportunity? Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 133 company, and a global technology leader, is looking for a Sales Operations Associate II for our Guadalajara branch who is passionate about being on the forefront of leading-edge tech**What You'll Be Doing**:- Process non-same day online orders placed by customers on Arrow websites, assist with processing same day orders as needed.- Ensure accurate and complete information on every order, manage order entry & maintenance processes.- Occasional assistance/interaction with customers, greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, effectively handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services.**What We Are Looking For**:- 2-4 years of order management and/or customer service experience; minimum high school graduate required.- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English.- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.- Ability to juggle many tasks at once.- Strong attention to detail.- Electronics industry experience highly preferred.**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
