**Profile**:
Aspirant must have Engineering Bachelor’s Degree (Chemistry, Mechanical, Electric, Engineering), MBA degree nice to have.- Highly organized with strong strategic planning skills and data driven.- Deploy business strategies to increase the sells through our partners- Proved experience in developing a Comercial Strategy with partners- Ability to build strategic relationships quickly and maintain them across all levels of organization.- Strong Leadership & Communication Skills, to provide direct reports with clear job and outputs expectations, as well as with clear accountabilities and authorities that are aligned to the objectives of area- Capability to focus on the business thought our channels- Experience managing CRM such as Sales Force, Dynamics or some similar.- Spanish and English both languages must be fluent.- Availability to travel across México

Your Responsibilities and duties

1.Define the business strategy and plan for Distributor Business, plan and targets

2. Develop the business by driving relevant sales and business development activities to get the distributor & channel loyalty and satisfaction: Market Analysis, Pricing, Visits, Seminars.

3. Forecasts Sales and budget and monitor progress against objectives and financial targets to identify problem areas to improve the performance.

4. Work proactive and structured with the distributors and channels in order to optimize the sales efficiency of the team

5. Lead the sales team giving the direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the plan and the sales process, with the special focus on lead to opportunity and opportunity to quote sub-process.

Practicalities

Type of contract: Local contract with hybrid scheme

Non Mexican citizen should have both English and Spanish skills and the interest to sign a local contract. For this case the Alfa Laval foreign local policy will be taken into account
