**Position: HR Business Partner - Supply Chain**- **We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team, supporting our Supply Chain operations and plant workforce.**_**Key Responsibilities**:- Partner with plant leadership to support HR initiatives aligned with business goals.- Oversee employee relations and provide guidance for operational staff, ensuring a positive and compliant work environment.- Track and analyze HR and operational KPIs, recommending and driving improvement actions.- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.- Act as a strategic advisor to managers on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent development.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant-based environment.- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written) is required.- Proven experience managing operational personnel and labor relations.- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Results-oriented with a strong focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.**What We Offer**:- A dynamic and inclusive work environment with opportunities for professional growth.- Competitive compensation and benefits package.- The chance to be part of a forward-thinking team that values innovation and people development.Location: Parque Industrial Toluca 2000, Toluca, Estado de MéxicoWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 100% on-siteTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $74,000.00 - $75,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono anualTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Toluca, Méx.: Trasladarse al trabajo sin problemas o planear mudarse antes de comenzar a trabajar (Obligatorio)Experiência:- in Human Resources supporting the Supply Chain area: 3 años (Obligatorio)- Team management: 3 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Do you speak intermediate-advanced English?
