**About this Job**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring that delivery processes are carried out with precision and punctuality.
- Manage strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Rigorously control the cargo delivery cycle to ensure that customer service standards are maintained at 100%.
- Coordinate export and import logistics, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
- Lead and motivate the logistics team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the supply chain and propose innovative solutions.
- Use data and analysis to make informed and strategic decisions that positively impact the operation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in management positions in the logistics or transport sector, preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of export and import processes and the corresponding international regulations.
- Experience in managing the cargo delivery cycle, guaranteeing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lead teams, motivate team members and promote a positive work environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with various departments.
- Experience in sales in the field of logistics and transport is a plus.
- University degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field (postgraduate is a plus).
- Intermediate English - Advanced

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per month
