Remote Leasing Office Assistant

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer and manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, providing outstanding customer service to prospective tenants
- Coordinate and schedule property tours, leasing appointments, and follow-ups for the leasing team.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to address inquiries, explain leasing terms, property availability, and resolve concerns.
- Perform accurate data entry to update and maintain tenant, property, and leasing information in the system.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and appointments to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records, ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the leasing team to streamline processes, provide updates, and ensure smooth operations.
- Complete additional administrative tasks as needed to support the remote leasing office.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication skills required).
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, data entry, or administrative support preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Availability to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
**Work Environment**:
Pay: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour
