**Que buscamos para nuestro Performance Media Analyst / Traffiker**
- Que garantice el incremento de efectividad en campañas de performance.
- Que tenga un profundo análisis e interpretación de datos, proactividad en propuestas de optimización de campañas digitales, escalabilidad de presupuesto en base a data.
- Que diseñe e implemente estrategias exitosas de campañas digitales.

**Experiência**
- Licenciatura en Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería o Comunicación.
- +3 años de Experiência en marketing digital
- Experiência mínima de un año manejando campañas pautadas en RRSS / E-Commerce
- +2 años Experiência en plataformas como Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Amazon Ads, Mercado Libre Ads.
- Conocimiento básico de la función de pixeles y taggeo de páginas.
- Ortografía y gramática impecable.
- Proactividad y ganas de aprender.
- Pensamiento estratégico y analítico.

**Ocupaciones**
- Dar seguimiento a las campañas de marketing digital, mejorando de forma constante la atracción y conversión de clientes.
- Crear, gestionar y optimizar campañas digitales en plataformas como Facebook Business Manager, Googles AdWords, Amazon Ads, entre otras.
- Llevar un análisis de datos profundo que sirva para optimizar la inversión y el performance de distintas campañas, y la ruta de navegación de los usuarios.
- Trabajar de la mano con el equipo de marketing, canales online, artes y diseño, contenido y community management para definir estrategias de contenidos.
- Segmentar y establecer diferentes estrategias con base en los distintos formatos y canales de comunicación.
- Mantener una relación cercana con el equipo de ventas para entender mejor el impacto del área de marketing en el equipo e implementar mejoras.
