**Position Summary**:
**Position Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily general ledger functions, including recording and posting journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjusting entries.
- Assist with the procurement intake and vendor bills to ensure an accurate Accounts Payable workflow.
- Reconcil various general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and internal policies.
- Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income and cash flow statements.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and manipulate financial data, creating reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accurate and timely completion of month-end close procedures.
- Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of audit requests.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

**Technical Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as Quickbooks, Oracle Netsuite, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
