**SOLICITA: CARE CENTER REPRESENTATIVE**

**Requisitos**:

- **RECIÉN EGRESADOS DE INGENIERÍA INDUSTRIAL | ADMINISTRACIÓN INDUSTRIAL | ADMINISTRACIÓN DE EMPRESAS**:

- **Inglés **conversacional
- **Pasaporte y visa** americana vigente
- Conocimientos de **SAP **(deseable)

**FUNCIONES**:

- Atención a clientes vía remota
- Seguimiento y actualización de casos (Customer Relationship Management 100%)
- Planificar la agenda de trabajo de los ingenieros del área de servicio técnico
- Solicitud de piezas al área de almacén para el soporte y mantenimiento de máquinas de impresión
- Gestionar el proceso de replenish de distintos componentes de las máquinas de impresión
- Participar en el diseño e implementación de auditorías del servicio provisto a los clientes

**SUELDO INICIAL**:$12,000

**LUGAR DE TRABAJO**: BENITO JUÁREZ, CDMX

**HORARIO**: 08:00 AM - 06:30PM
