- Description & RequirementsA Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- Analysis of Production Issues and support continuous Operations and delivery pipeline.
- Respond to customer queries and regular updates on incidents.
- Communicate effectively, with both internal and external teams as needed.
- Provide internal and external customers with excellent customer service.
- Available for Support 24*7 in case of production down issues.
- Willing to extend and support over weekends & holidays to ensure that customer business is not impacted.
- Technical innovation and efficiency in cloud infrastructure operations via Digital Innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

- Work experience within the Information Technology field.
- Experience working with continuous integration tools, ION, BODs.
- Experience with troubleshooting technical and/or functional issues.
- Experience with client Support and/or Incident Handling.
- Experience with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

- M3 H5 Scripting, Mashup, SDK, MEC, ION, EDI, Mongoose, Factory Track.
- Ability to learn and explore Cloud technologies.
- Advanced job-related certifications or technical certifications.
- Knowledge and Exposure to ERP - Implementation/Support.
- Methodology Certification(s). (i.e., Scrum, Agile, Project Management)

Location: Hybrid role - 2 days in office, 3 days remote based
