As an **IT WorkPlace Team Leader**, you will have responsibility for activities that contribute to planning, creating and implementing an IT vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic business plan. You will oversee the development of corporate standards, technology architecture, technology evaluation and transfer.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **
Business and IT Strategy** - Manages the delivery of one or more IT service required to support the IT strategy.
- ** Technology Management/Leadership** - Provides clarity on objectives, scope and organizational change management, administration/operations/support to ensure successful fulfillment of end-user requirements.
- ** Governance/Policies, Processes, & Standards** - Provides input into demand management process. And ensures compliance with enterprise technology standards, governance processes, and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers value to the enterprise.
- ** Process Improvement** -Identifies opportunities and implement process improvements.
- ** Financial Management** -Forecasts and manages technology costs by providing input into annual budget planning process.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field. - Requires experience in supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
- Requires demonstrated ability to launch and deliver a single IT project on time and within budget.
- Advance or fluent in English Language (Writing, reading & speaking)
**Skills**:
- Experience in **Microsoft 365 and Windows**:
- Administration of **Microsoft Office platforms** and videoconference, printing, and telephonic services.
