You will be part of the Mexico Service Execution team. Our department is responsible to provide field technical support 24/7 to customers in Mexico and/or all over the world when necessary.

Joining us you will have the opportunity to develop your technical, personnel and management skills with customers and colleagues of different regions and culture.

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage field service projects/contracts: planning, resources assignment, cost/technical control and invoice, fulfilling customer and FLSmidth expectations with high quality and safety.- Manage field technical team (field specialists). With the help of your back office assistant keep the team ready/motivated/updated (technically and administrative) to perform the services- Be in contact with the customer and develop on-going relationships in order to succeed on the current contracts and secure future business.- Support the internal areas of the company to meet customer needs.- Provide reports to the top management and assure the KPI’s- Revision and improvement of the field specialists technical reports- Develop good relationship with the FLSmidth offices abroad in order to exchange resources and knowledge- Select and develop (training) new field specialists to assure the service department high quality future- Follow company procedures and work hard on the department continuous improvement.- Perform field visits to promote safety and improve team/customer relationship.

What you bring- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Administration- Fluent English- Field history or experience managing technical personnel- Project/cost management experience- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Strong leadership and attitude- Analytical skills/critical thinking- Work ethics and integrity.- Growth seeker
