Help Desk Technician

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 1-2 Help Desk Technician to provide both field services and remote support. This role is pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our staff across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and configure IT equipment for users, ensuring all hardware and software are optimized for performance.
- Run the ticketing queue.
- Provide remote technical support, resolving software and administrative issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including maintenance of switches, Wi-Fi, and printers at the hiring branch.
- Perform basic administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment connected via Entra Connect.
- Assist with the maintenance of IT inventory and documentation of IT processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, with certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, or MS-102 preferred.
- Proficiency in CompTIA A+, Net+ and Sec+ certifications or equivalent.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
- A strong customer service background, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- CompTIA Network+ (preferred)
- Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Certification (preferred)
