**Recruiter Junior** **Responsibilities** - Ensure detailed understanding of Bayer’s talent segmentation and each position in own area of responsibility in particular - Execute the recruiting process end-to-end, ensuring all KPIs, global standards and metrics are met and / or exceeded - Establish and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs - Steer the intake meeting with the hiring manager and HRBP to define the recruiting and onboarding strategy and provide labor market insights on the availability of the talent group - Conduct telephone interviews to assess motivation and cultural fit, review any gaps in the resume and assess suitability for the position - Supervise the interviewing, selection and hiring process to ensure adherence with legal regulations (e.g. EEO) and internal guidelines - Coordinate with the senior recruiter the package preparation, the definition of the employment details as well as the contract management, e.g. advising the hiring manager if the salary is within the defined range **Who you are** - University degree in Human Resources / Business admin or related field - Fluency in written and spoken local language and very good English skills preferred Skills / experiences - Equivalent working experience in HR 1-2 years; experience in corporate recruiting and or search firm recruiting. - Very good business acumen - Knowledge of recruiting sourcing, screening and interview techniques - Good comprehensive knowledge of local legal regulations regarding recruiting - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, clients - Interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders: Hiring Manager / HRBP, etc. - Excellent communication skills - Very good ability to work under pressure - Independent and proactive working style - Good attention to detail - Very good planning, organization and multi-tasking skills - Excellent knowledge in Success Factors Recruiting Management Module - Bayer Core Competencies minimum proficiency level “capable-strong”: Customer Focus, Drives Results, Values Difference, Manages Complexity, Collaborates, Instills Trust, Plans and Aligns, Self-Development "Bayer is committed to providing reasonable access and services in this process for individuals with disabilities.
