- Support the successful execution of all A&T activities for TMF clients, ensuring that work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure all client data is managed with integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
- Regularly update the contact list of the A&T team under your responsibility.
- Provide high-quality service in compliance with group standards.
- Follow up on client suggestions and improvement points.
- Ensure that client feedback and improvement suggestions are addressed promptly.

**Key Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5-6 years of experience in accounting and tax within multinational companies, preferably in the financial sector (investment funds, banks, SOFOMES, Fintech, etc.).
- Proven experience managing teams or direct reports.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and regulatory compliance in capital markets, investments, financial instruments, and valuations.
- Experience with accounting systems and ERP platforms.
- Strong, independent problem-solving skills with a creative and resourceful approach.
