**Executive Summary**

This business case outlines the need for an additional administrative assistant to support the increased lead volume, increased portfolio and room revenue within ourorganization. Since 2021, our team has highlighted the demand and need for this position due to the complexities of our operation, opportunity management and proactive salesefforts and the addition of onboarding new resorts. An investment in this role will enhance our efficiency, improve customer response times and service, and support our growthstrategy.

**Background**

Over the past few years, our organization has experienced a significant increase in both lead volume and room revenue as well as additional Sales Executives. The addition ofnew resorts has further exhausted our administrative processes, resulting in an increased workload for our current staff. Our team has consistently advocated for the hiring ofan additional administrative assistant since 2021 to manage these demands effectively.

**Current Situation**

**Lead Volume Increase**: There has been a 158% or 5,066 increase in lead volume since 2021, leading to higher administrative demands for proposals, follow-ups, data entry,and coordination of leads.

**Room Revenue Growth**: Our room revenue has increased by 152% or $21M more booked room revenue since 2021, necessitating more administrative support to manageproposals, contracts, turnovers and funnel management.

**Complexity of Operations**: With additional resorts being integrated into our portfolio, the complexity of administrative tasks has escalated, requiring specialized knowledge,guidance and attention to detail for our newest and existing resorts.
