As an Inventory Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and performing annual physical inventory on consignment, during the physical inventory in plants and warehouse will perform audits. The analyst reviews and prepares information to generate SLOB/SSPL/MTO provision to ensure timely accounting record, as well as performs KARDEX Vs GL Vs TRINTECH reconciliations. Monthly tracking and reconciliation of in-transit inventory accounts. Coordinates the Cyclic Counts of the MRO warehouse..

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinates and performs the Annual Physical Inventory in consignment, plant and warehouses.
- Performs accounting reconciliations of inventories Plants, warehouse, and consignments.
- Prepares and reports the results and findings of the Annual Physical Inventory.
- Ensure the accounting recording of provisions, write-offs, and reclassifications of account balances.
- Follow-up of SSPL and Magna Carta Materials.
- Follow-up and provisioning of Material in MTO
- Coordinates MRO Cyclical Counts.
- Reports information for technical team bonus payment
- Review/elaboration of new or current processes and procedures related to their activities.
- Ensures that fiscal disposals are submitted to SAT.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration preferably / Industrial Engineer cost domain desirable.
- Desirable level of English
- Good command of Excel (pivot tables and advanced filters).
- Availability to travel
- Availability of time at month end closing
