**Key responsibilities**:
Ensure comprehensive and real-time visibility of each opportunity throughout its entire lifecycle, facilitating effective progress monitoring.
- ** Generation and Development of Pricing Indicators**:

- Create and refine pricing indicators, including quotations, closed won, and closed lost opportunities.
- Analyze pricing trends to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- ** Tracking and Validation of Registered Information**:

- Ensure accurate tracking and validation of information from opportunity request to account implementation.
- Collaborate closely with Execution and Procurement teams to ensure a successful Go Live.
- ** Monitoring Committed Volumes**:

- Monitor committed volumes and work with internal teams to develop action plans to recover volumes if necessary.
- Generate reports on volume trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
- ** Validation of New Customer Implementation Process**:

- Validate the implementation process for new customers to ensure seamless integration.
- Identify and address any issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
- ** Record Keeping and Analysis of RFQs**:

- Maintain a comprehensive record of all RFQs (Requests for Quotation) received.
- Analyze RFQs that were closed lost or those we could not participate in due to company limitations.
- Conduct analysis of the most frequently requested routes to identify potential areas for growth.
- Working together with the Pricing Teams to Conduct analysis of the most frequently requested routes to identify potential areas for growth.
- ** Profitability Measurement**:

- Measure profitability by comparing offered prices versus operating costs.
- Provide detailed profitability reports to support financial planning and strategy.
- ** Additional Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

- Location: Mexico City.
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business administration, or similar careers required.
2 -3 years of experience in the logistics industry
- Experience in implementations and project management, with a strong focus on process optimization, coordination with internal teams, and efficient solution delivery.
- Expertise in International Road Transport (preferred)
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Leadership skills, inspires respect and trusts; mobilizes others to achieve project objectives.
- Organization skills and detail oriented.
- Software skills: Excel Advanced (mandatory). Power BI (preferred).
- Mid-level English.
