**About Visteon**

**Customs / Transport Sr Manager**

**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Manage 3rd party service providers (Brokers, Consultants, etc.)
- Cover and ensure a close follow up of Import and Export regulations, including Drawback, Value Reconciliation and Post Entry processes
- Duty Management and Avoidance
- Support customer requests for qualification data
- Manage strategic suppliers with material impact on Visteon product qualification
- Maintain ISA standards across all processes
- Advisor to NA Visteon program teams for duty optimization and risk management
- Lead cross functional teams in support of CTPAT efforts

**Critical experiences required to be ready for this job**:

- Licensed Customs Broker
- Expertise in relevant sections of the USMCA trade agreement
- Experienced in Automotive and Electronics classification and qualification
- Experience with managing 3rd party service providers (Brokers, Consultants, etc.)
- Extensive knowledge in Import and Export regulations, including Drawback, Value Reconciliation and Post Entry processes
- Full understanding and experience with Customs Release and Entry filing requirements
- Experience with Partner Government Agency (FCC, FDA, EPA, NHTSA) requirements
