As a MANUFACTURING MANAGER, you will ensure the fulfillment of customer demand in quality and time, maintaining the efficiency of the operation. You will implement strategies that improve costs in production processes, ensuring safety and quality in the processes.

This position will report to an Operations Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately the production schedule.
- Guarantee product quality and customer happiness.
- Execute continuous improvement strategies in the processes.
- Efficiently manage human and capital resources.
- Ensure the safety of people and processes.
- Develop work teams focused on meeting the strategic objectives of the business.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Validated experience leading manufacturing processes.
- Experience in batch processes in the chemical industry is desirable.
- Proficient English.
