Our team culture is centered around support and collaboration; we encourage each other to share insights, tackle challenges together, and celebrate our successes, fostering an environment where everyone can thrive.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, who is focused on driving team performance while nurturing a culture of open communication and continuous improvement. The work setup is entirely remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and work-life balance that comes with it, with no in-office days required. Furthermore, there is no travel requirement for this role, giving you the opportunity to maintain a consistent and comfortable work environment.

**Your Role**

- Support the team manager in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources.

- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably within a software company’s Revenue Operations team.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes in software or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi Modeler).
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in English business writing.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Experience with Salesforce, including workflow automation and process optimization.
- Expertise in UiPath process mining, task mining, and communication mining tools.
- ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software systems.

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
