The work setup is entirely remote, allowing you to enjoy the flexibility and work-life balance that comes with it, with no in-office days required. Furthermore, there is no travel requirement for this role, giving you the opportunity to maintain a consistent and comfortable work environment.**Your Role**- Map, analyze, and document existing processes across departments.- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in workflows.- Develop actionable recommendations to streamline processes and improve compliance.- Benchmark industry best practices to drive operational excellence.- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process changes.- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented process improvements.- Facilitate training sessions and develop process documentation for stakeholders.- Support the team manager in prioritizing initiatives and managing resources.**What You Will Bring**- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably within a software company’s Revenue Operations team.- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes in software or SaaS environments.- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Bizagi Modeler).- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).- Proficiency in English business writing.- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).- Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.- Experience with Salesforce, including workflow automation and process optimization.- Expertise in UiPath process mining, task mining, and communication mining tools.- ITIL certification or experience with IT service management frameworks.- Experience working with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software systems.Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
