General responsibilities:
- Manage help desk software or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and manage basic software, hardware, or network problems.
- Act as a liaison between end users and Tier 2 &3 support if necessary.
- Perform preventive and proactive maintenance and support as needed.
- Advise customers regarding the product's proper use and address specific user issues.
- Other duties, as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills in Windows software, a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong self-study habits.
- Highly motivated and organized with an attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
- Ability to handle interactions professionally and respectfully.
Work Status:
- Full-time, remote position working from home
- Work schedule is from 8:00 - 17:00 PST, Monday to Friday
- Benefits according to the Mexican Federal Labor Law
- Major medical expenses policy and life insurance
- US holidays such as Memorial Day, 4th of July and Thanksgiving
Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
