Contracting Manager Mexico
- Creation, update and target of database of hotels, hotel chains, according to the strategy of the company.
- Research of partners for services for DMC activity on the destination. (Coordination with business development, reservation team, sales and marketing team).
- Establish and maintain long and profitable partnerships with Independent hotels, local and global Hotel Chains.
- Negotiation of best contracted rates and conditions for B2B online and offline distribution in coordination with the revenue team.
- Control of uploading and integration of contracts in IDS. Coordination between hotel and LCI integration department for uploading and /or implementation of contracts: FIT static, CM, XML. (Coordination with
- Channel Manager department, XML integrations, Fit uploading’s department, stop sales )
- Control of rates and direct production, update of SPO, improvement of availability. (Coordination with revenue, optimization team, distribution team).

Product management:
Cooperate with sales and marketing for organization of webinars, FAM trips, mailings and other online and offline activities.

BI Analysis

Analysis of rates, market offers, constant monitoring of rates, analysis of property exposure in the different sales channels, Web and XML.

Operational support:
Cooperate with reservations /online/ operations for solution of operative reservation issues and /or confirmation of reservations booked through providers with direct contract.

Reporting: to Director of Contracting and CEO on daily basis

Personal characteristics: soft skills, responsible, punctual, motivated, team player

It is essential to live in Cancun, Puerto Morelos or Playa del Carmen

**Salary**: From $16,000.00 per month
