**EXPERIENCIA**:Manejo de Ejecutivos Comerciales locales y nacionales, con amplio dominio de planes de trabajo, desarrollo y estrategias de negocio.
Proactivo, dinámico, con alto empuje, y enfocado a trabajar por resultados.
**Actividades principales**:
Gerencia la organización de Ventas.
Preparar el presupuesto de ventas y de gastos de ventas, así como el plan de acción. Establecer los pronósticos de ventas.
Administrar la fuerza de ventas internas: reclutamiento, desarrollo y entrenamiento del personal.
Controlar e informar sobre ingresos de nuevas cuentas a la Dirección de la organización.
Importante mencionar que esta posición los 3 primeros años estará viajando con alta demanda dentro y fuera del México.
**OFRECEMOS**:
Sueldo Base de 70mil a 85mil mensuales mas atractivo plan de incentivos y bonos por resultados.
