About the Role

We are looking for a Product Management Specialist, this position combines both product planning and marketing to manage the entire life cycle of one project. It is responsible for gathering customer requirements and defining their vision with engineering as well as overseeing product strategy, pricing, and positioning strategies.

The product management specialist is a bridge role between 3 areas, supply, marketing, and sales. This role provides follow up to all the NPI (New Product Introductions) and core products and guarantee all the cycle is on time. Also, will be developing the portfolio strategy, supporting all the actions by benchmarks on the main competitors. The owner of the phase in/phase out reports, providing road map per category. Coordinator of all the product information POR, product presentations, assets, etc.

What You Will Do
- Develop the portfolio strategy per brand and per category.
- Build the road map for all the items (phase in/phase out)
- Lead the portfolio management meeting presenting the NPI.
- Requester of the Gate regional commitment and report it to global teams. Proper follow up until forecasting into Supply chain tools.
- Generate benchmarks for strategic items. Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses
- Consolidate all the information per item (POR, product presentations, images)
- Provide a toolkit for sales to help them to present and listed the products.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication, both in Spanish and English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to remember critical details like product features and specifications.
