**Technical Product Management**

**Role Purpose. **The Technical Product Manager is accountable to the Global CF CIO of Enterprise Technology for ensuring effective delivery of IT services in the LAM region. Act as a trusted advisor offering advice/support to GB/GF Region Business, Regional CIO, and GB/GF COO to define and assure the regional GB/GF Technology portfolio and IT service. Work closely with the Global and Regional leads to ensure alignment, adoption of standardized support processes and true efficiency benefits to customers and stakeholders.

**Main activities**:

- Build strong partnerships with global partners to add value, extend the traditional model of services and ensure business and regulatory needs are met.
- Support activities designed to motivate the team and third party providers in order to deliver a compliant, efficient, cost effective, timely, high quality service, whilst supporting the management of risks to avoid any operational losses.
- Support the driving of increased productivity and standardization.
- Maintains a business value-led forward-looking view on how technology can be effectively deployed to deliver business value across LAM region.
- Work with GB/GF Business to ensure all regional demands are captured and effectively prioritized within the GB/GF global portfolio
- Work with product owner & team to ensure that the lead time to deploy changes is continuously improving and benchmarks appropriately across other functions within the DevOps team
- Ensure that high levels of automation are implemented and maintained across the teams.
- Actively collaborate in the DevOps leadership team to ensure consistent processes and practices are maintained across Corporate Functions.
- Ensure the operational stability, integrity, and availability of products & services supported by the team
- Assist in the translation of Corporate Functions IT strategy to enable local Corporate Functions Business and Local Corporate Functions IT to realize its objectives.
- Partnering and advising Corporate Functions Businesses and their Management Teams on technology decisions.
- Responsible to the Regional Head of Corporate Functions CIO for IT direct cost and charges to GB/GF Region Business.

- Over 10 years of project and people management experience.
- Advance English communication skills, to negotiate and drive meetings
- University graduate in Computer Science or equivalent. Master degree is a plus.
- Transformation, implementation, change management and benefits realization
- Stakeholder and Third Party management experience
- Understanding of systems design and architecture
- Managed a Software delivery business.
- Demonstrate strong Regional contact.
