-- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the procurement organization, adhering to the defined key performance indicators, and improving the team's efficiency.
- Creating purchase orders, following up with the suppliers, receiving and tracking purchase orders, and monitoring the PR (purchase requisition) queue daily.
- Tracking lead time regularly, revising the scheduling agreements, and creating and updating the information records and source lists in a timely manner.
- Ensuring timely payments to the suppliers, reviewing open orders, and escalating internal and external discrepancies between suppliers and buyers.
