About the Opportunity:

**Where you will make an impact**
- Assisting the manager in addressing complex provisioning, deployment, configuration, and automation projects.
- Writing standard operating procedures and training our operations engineers to use and maintain the automation tools.
- Identify, analyse, and optimize cloud operations processes in collaboration with the Network, Platform, Database, and Applications teams for automation.
- Analyse changes in business requirements and updating the existing documents, processes, methods, procedures, and tools to work with these changes.
- Proactive system management via monitoring; building and developing automated remediation
- Smooth collaboration amongst cross functional peer teams to deliver optimal customer experience
- Be an active participant in Root Cause Analysis providing feedback, insights, & recommendations
**What you will bring**
- 1-3 years’ experience in Ansible, Terraform, Python, Lambda, Jenkins, Bitbucket
- 1-3 years’ experience using Oracle DB solutions
- Monitoring experience (Elk, Datadog)
- Natural partner who positively encourages others to drive better results
- Effectively identifies and proposes solutions to solve or improve challenging problems; solutions focused mindset.
- Thinking beyond your own scope; focused on driving quality outcomes at scale
**Desirable Skills**
- AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
- Worked in environments that leverage Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Operational experience including DNS, AD and ADFS, IPAM, VPN, SSL certificates, and firewalls
