**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:_ (approximate percentage of time spent)_

Supports project management team in coordination and setup of Workfront jobs, setup of QR and coupon codes for assigned jobs from setup to delivery of final assets. _(20%)_ Manages vendor setup, forecasting, budget trackers, accruals, invoice and purchasing processes for jobs created by the Brand Creative, Integrated Marketing & Studio Teams. _(60%)_ Manages translation vendor, and other ad hoc projects to ensure estimates and invoices are correctly submitted on time. _(10%)_ Coordinate and communicate logistics behind Marketing Academy learning and development courses that are scheduled and delivered for the organization. Work with the leaders in Marketing to identify coursework and populate the calendar for the year with content that will drive engagement and interest. _(10%)_

**Minimum Qualifications**:
Extremely organized, methodical, attention to detail, adaptability to changing deadlines and priorities and a diplomatic touch in communication. Ability to work on multiple projects and programs simultaneously across various businesses. Excellent communicator of concise, accurate deadline-driven information.
