We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Market Research Analyst** **and Project Manager **to lead and manage strategic market research projects in collaboration with our Sales and Data Science teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality data, while also providing valuable insights to support key decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, program, and oversee complex questionnaires based on predefined formats, adapting them to the project needs.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of surveys, meeting rigorous quality criteria.
- Coordinate data collection through online panels and other specialized sources.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis, including cleaning, coding, and weighting to ensure data quality.
- Prepare detailed reports, both standard and customized, offering strategic recommendations.
- Manage and optimize project budgets and costs.
- Foster proactive and fluid communication with clients and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams for the efficient execution of data analysis.
- Monitor market trends and develop data-driven strategies to improve our clients’ positioning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields (postgraduate degree desirable).
- At least 3 years of experience in market research, including project leadership and team management.
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies.
- Strong experience with analytical tools such as Excel (advanced level), SPSS, and other data analysis software.
- Exceptional numerical analysis skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Advanced English** (mandatory/non-negotiable).
- Excellent communication skills, results-oriented, and with a strategic focus.
