**Bilingual Call Center Agents / Bilingual Contact Center agent / Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Agentes Telefónicos Bilingües / Atención a clientes**

**Roles**:

- Answer inbound calls and handle middle and backoffice activities as well as various member services inquiries and transactions by actively listening to customers calling.
- Develop an extensive and solid knowledge of our products in order to provide timely and accurate information to our customers.
- Achieve individual quality and productivity targets and contribute to overall team KPI’s.
- Active participation in team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- High School Completed (GED)
- Excellent communication skills to get with courtesy and professionalism all the inbound calls, getting solutions with positive attitude.
- Customer service
- Advanced English / Excellent English (written and spoken level).
- Minimum experience of 6 months in Customer Service / Call Center / Contact Center / or related.

- Base salary: from $11,800 MXN to $13,000 MXN + $2,000 in bonus, Law Benefits

**Actividades de trabajo**:

- Contestar llamadas entrantes para resolver las situaciones de nuestros clientes al escuchar activamente la situación que presentan.
- Lograr de forma individual la meta de calidad y productividad para contribuir los indicadores del equipo de trabajo.
- Generar un sólido y extensivo conocimiento de nuestros productos para proveer de forma correcta y rápidamente la información a nuestros clientes.
- Participar activamente en las reuniones del equipo de trabajo.

**Requisitos**:

- Bachillerato terminado o equivalente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para generar cortesía y profesionalismo todas las llamadas entrantes, solucionando correctamente la situación de nuestros clientes con una actitud positiva.
- Inglés Avanzado / Nativo. Escrito y Hablado.
- 6 meses de experiência mínimo en Servicio al cliente. Preferible en Call Center

**Oferta de trabajo**:

- Contratación directa
- Horarios disponibles: Matutino y Vespertino.
- Sueldo base de $11,800 y después de 3 meses $13,000 + Bonos en $2,000 por métricas + Prestaciones de ley + excelentes oportunidad de crecimiento con nuestro plan de carrera después de los 6 meses.
- $1,400 en vales de despensa.
- Zona de trabajo: En oficina en Querétaro.

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado

Salario: $11,800.00 - $16,400.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
