**Job description** - The Specialist IT Senior is a professional who acts as the liaison between business and IT; he/she interacts directly with other managers, users, and Central IT. Focused on customer service, he/she will align IT services to plant(s) operations in order to create IT value and achieve company goals. - Ensure all Central IT and Global IT governance - Rolls-out initiatives, solutions, ERP/MES projects to his/her plant(s) - >5 years of experience **Responsibilities** - Stand accountable to the business for overall delivery in his/her plant - Oversees local IT organization and IT services - Manage the IT infrastructure + IT Network - Manage IT Resources: People - Execute the roll-out of Central IT and Global IT footprints - Interact with Central IT for implementing ERP/MES solutions. It may include programming of solutions **Specifict Knowledge** 1. MS Project [preferable] 2. MS Office 3. Active Directory 4. Network monitoring tools is preferable 5. Support IAC package: NYSUS + QAD + PODs + ShopLogix + ILVS + MES [homegrown 6. MES, ERP, Imaging software tool
