As the IT Operations Analyst, you'll be responsible to maintain optimum operating conditions all the PC´s, printers, terminals, servers, scanners, and to all type of communications equipment for voice and data transferences and provide technical support all the users. **What You’ll Do**: - Ensures optimal operation of computer equipment (Saltillo).. - Technical assistant of communication equipment (telephony, radios, projectors, etc.) - Audit and to have updated all the IT communication equipment installed in Saltillo factory. - To coordinate with the central IT staff in BIC México City any new voice & data infrastructure installation, configuration, replacement, maintenance, etc. - Installation of voice and data ports, telephone extensions. **Projects You’ll Work On**: - To maintain in good conditions and operations all the voice & data infrastructure, local servers computer equipment, and all kind of communications devices exits in Saltillo factory. - To tracking and solving all the daily IT technical issues reported by the users. - To have available and updated all the data base IT equipment in Saltillo Factory in order to make maintenance accordantly and tracking the future replacement. - Tracking customer service level, through the “service desk assistant” extended to Saltillo Factory. - Tracking and control IT communication cost & expenses versus Budget. **Qualifications**: - University degree or Engineering related with the IT technology. - Good abilities for planning & follow tasks, and solving IT technical issues proven.
