**IT Helpdesk Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and validate incoming and outgoing data files; perform internal analysis and reporting on specific business processes and procedures.
- Work within a variety of systems and tools to diagnose, triage, communicate, and report on processes within internal and external business units.
- Develop informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Redesign existing processes to meet current standards and create new processes and procedures.
- Act as first level of support, advising end users and elevating issues to a higher tier of support when appropriate.
- Task resolution for Helpdesk tickets and requests.

Qualifications:

- Advanced English.
- Prior technical support/call center experience.
- Maintenance and repair of computer equipment.
- Attention through tickets.
- Basic system administration experience, Windows preferred.
- IT/Computer experience.

Salario: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
