On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Merchandise Specialist LATAM you will be a key player in making this happen in Mexico & Colombia. Together with your function you will work towards maximizing selling potential while driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work.

**_Your key responsibilities include:_**

**Implement and execute**
- Secure execution of regional guidelines related to assortment
- Be up to date with regional assortment and supply & demand strategy
- Follow-up on store stock and resolve issues together with regional team

**Ensure local relevance**
- Know your market retail situation and customer profile and give input to Regional team about local relevance and market potentials from price and assortment perspective
- Optimize local selling peaks driven by calendar and customer shopping behavior
- Provide commercial team with constant & structured sales follow-up

**Support and develop**
- Provide assortment knowledge and merchandising training to market organization
- Follow-up commercial results and KPIs and benchmark between Areas and Stores
- Follow up on local adaptation of regional commercial planning

**_ Besides your personality we see that: _**
- Strong data management skills - analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
- 2+ years of experience in Retail
- Understanding of Supply Chain and garment flow complexity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
- Omni retail understanding
- ** Fluent in English**
