AS403 implementation and administration - No plants or customer quality concerns. - First time quality/zero defects. - APDS (AS100) tasks completion for quality team - Quality KPI on target. - Coach and mentor for Quality team.
- Assist to Quality team, for Buy off 1 and 2 activities. - Participates in the review of SOW / EPS-Kick off-PDR and FDR when needed. - Define standards that improves the QMS. - Document control for Regional Launch and Prototypes.
- Approve Capability matrix for all projects. - Approve control plans and review product documents, such as drawing, tolerance CC and SC. - Anticipate and prevent quality problems through root cause analysis. - Review and approve documents that solves customer complaints (plant) or customer ensuring proper monitoring by read across (8D, 5 Why, etc) - Responsible for control and correct registration of the documentation of the Department of Regional launch and prototypes.
- Responsible for monitoring and completion of AS403. - Responsible for all aspects of the quality of the machines, line and / or projects from the LDWS to delivery to the plant (Buy off 2) - Responsible for the administration of tasks eAPDS (AS100) concerning quality. - Actively involved in projects assigned CFTs when needed - Release the first article process for prototype operations. - Zero NCEPs - Drive Customer Focus - Cultivate Innovation - Make Sound Decisions - Ensure Accountability - Engage & Inspire Others - Build Trust - Develop People - Leadership - Self-motivated - High sense of accountability - Analytical skills - Continuous improvement mindset - Proactive - Results oriented - Work under pressure - Good attitude - Ensures deliverables to the customer expectations - Adherence the standards - Lean Manufacturing Philosophy - Six Sigma (Basic Knowledge) - Project Management (Desirable) - TPM - QMS Previous Experience - 3-5 years of experience in Quality fields: a) Processes b) Manufacturing c) NPI - Knowledge of: a) Automotive Industry b) APQP c) SPC Tools d) FMEA e) Control Plan Engineering Bachelor Degree in related to Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, and/or Mechanical disciplines.
