**Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune to deliver modern, secure, and efficient endpoint management for the organization.

**General Accountabilities**
- Designing, deploying, configuring, patching and provision through Microsoft Endpoint Manager (also known as Intune).
- Administration of Microsoft Applications and Desktop Platforms.
- Provisioning through Autopilot.
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory, Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Autopilot and Enterprise Patching.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge regarding Software Center Configuration Manager.
- Managed an environment with 200 or more endpoints.
- Experience supporting systems by optimizing performance, resolving production problems, and providing timely follow-up on reported problems.
- Interpreting and maintaining systems documentation.
- Provide root cause analysis of reported incidents.
- Experience with monitoring systems and troubleshooting concepts.
- Experience with scripting.

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing Microsoft Intune in enterprise settings.
- Deep knowledge of MDM/MAM, Azure AD, Autopilot, and conditional access.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Graph).
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security products like Defender for Endpoint.
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications (MD‑102, MS‑101, MS‑500, SC‑300).
- Experience with SCCM co-management, JAMF, multi-OS device management.
- Exposure to regulatory compliance environments (e.g. GDPR, PCI-DSS).

- Excellent meeting facilitation skills, including teleconference and web conference.
- Ability to make decisions and resolve incidents.
